Purposes and legal basis

Recipients and processors

Hosting: OVH SAS (Roubaix, France). Email delivery: Resend (Resend, Inc.). Payment and billing: FastSpring (FastSpring, Inc., acting as merchant of record), which processes payment and billing data. If an AI assistant is enabled, questions may be sent to the relevant AI provider acting as a processor. Some processors (Resend, FastSpring and, where applicable, the AI providers) are located in the United States; these transfers outside the European Union are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then three years from our last contact. Technical logs follow the host's policy.
